The Nano Photonics Research Group is at the forefront of exploring and expanding the boundaries of light manipulation at the nanoscale, integrating disciplines such as optics, photonics, and phononics to address complex, real-world challenges.


A review article by Haodong Tang, Shuo Cheng, Wei Chen, Dan Wu, and Kai Wang, titled “High-performance shortwave infrared detection and imaging based on colloidal quantum dots,” has been published online in Chinese Science Bulletin. The article reviews the full CQD-SWIR technology chain from materials and films to device architectures, performance metrics, and imaging-system integration.
